We are carrying out this survey to gather views from local residents on active travel in Bar Hill. We would like to understand how you currently travel, where you would like to go and if there is anything preventing you from choosing active travel options for your journeys.
Active travel refers to walking, wheeling and cycling. Including the use of mobility aids such as wheelchairs and pushchairs as well as scooters and adapted cycles. It supports the aims of our Active Travel Strategy to enable and encourage a shift away from journeys made by private car.
The survey responses will form the evidence base for local support for active travel in and around Bar Hill. Enabling us to consider schemes to develop further and then apply for funding when it becomes available.
GDPR statement:
The purpose of this engagement survey is as described above and will help us form an evidence base for local active travel demand. You do not need to give us any personal information if you do not wish to. Please do not enter information which identifies you or someone else in any free text boxes.
We may share your response and information with our consultants or our partners who may be working on this consultation and with the council analysis team. It will only be used for this reason and for no other. We will not publish any personal details you do give us. We may publish your response in public reports but we will remove any information which may identify you or someone else. Personal data will be held securely, in accordance with data protection legislation. We will only store it for 12 months after the consultation results have been analysed and the consultation report published.
