The newly proposed cycling and walking route is to be developed from Eddington Avenue down to Northampton Street / Queen’s Road Junction.
The scheme improvements include:
segregated use footway / cycleway
raised tables for pedestrian and cycle priority
new and improved crossing points
junction improvements
landscape enhancements
relocation of bus stops and traffic calming measures
The feedback received from our previous consultation has informed the route alignment and shaped the proposals being presented in our accompanying brochure.
